Hi Everyone,

I was finally able to load the photo’s from our trip and put in more tabs. Just being able to download the photo’s makes it a whole lot easier to follow our trip. The other evening Peggy came for a visit and a bottle of wine later, we had the entire trip posted to Google Map.

You can expand it to view. We used blue for ” On the road again”, the green house for our ” Overnights” and the pink peg board pin brings your attention to an important site worth seeing. When using the map, if you click on “next page” it shows from the US border to N.S as well. The little “motorcycle” means we made it home!

Anyone thinking of taking a trip over our roads, may benefit from some of the info we provide. We like to think we’re still helping others…

Hope you enjoy the Revised Website….hope to post more items each month. Dan my son came over today and showed me how to download photo’s and edit the tabs, so I’m home free! I’m keeping the site for another year anyway, just as my own biking experience. Peggy may wish to share some of hers and well.

It’ll soon be time to open th garage door and bring “Ole Yellow” to life! See you on the Road!

Hi everyone,

Seems like summer really crept up on us.  My bike is all fixed thanks to Power Trend, Garnet and the boys.  Big thank you.  Back fender looking pretty awesome and great repair job and paint guys.   New heated handle grips for those damp foggy days here in N.S. and a new crash bar – god forbid I need it, but better to have and not need then need and not have!

I moved to the city ( Halifax) in May, so now that I’m all unpacked and ready to enjoy summer riding, I’m hoping for some sunshine.  Peggy and I got out for a brief run at the end of May  and she’s been doing some riding since early May.  We hope to sign up for a riders course in June.  Never hurts to sharpen the skills. 

I’m off to California June 12th to 18th for more training with my work.  My next dream is to purchase a bike sometime in CA and drive it back to N.S.  Now that would be an interesting trip through the lower states.  Can’t do it this year, but who knows….maybe next year!

Thanks for dropping in to see our photo’s and there are days we still can’t believe we actually did this trip.  It was pretty awesome and it teaches you something….” don’t wait too long to do it again!”  Life is short…way too short!
